Meet the President

Gene Ingram, President
Gene is a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)  whose career has been in the transportation industry since 1986, filling a variety of roles at Covenant Transport Inc. and Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. His past roles include Sales, Fleet Management, Director of Dedicated and Air Freight Management, Customer Service, and more. Most recently, he headed Staffing and the Training and Development Department as a Senior HR Manager.

He has authored and trained more than 50 training modules ranging from HR subjects like workplace behavior and conflict resolution to Sales, and Customer service subjects. He has trained in and out of the Transportation Industry with outstanding results. He is a Certified Master Trainer and Associate in PDP Works (Personal Dynametric Programs), now a key offering and unique expertise of Scenic City Resources
